Urbint, Inc. (“Urbint,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) provides the website at urbint.com and corresponding data service platform to allow our customers to access the content and services provided therein. We process requests to be placed on do-not-mail, do-not-phone, and do-not-contact lists as required by applicable law.

Mobile Devices

We may send you push notifications through our mobile application. You may at any time opt out from receiving these types of communications by changing the settings on your mobile device. We may also collect location-based information if you use our mobile applications. You may opt out of this collection by changing the settings on your mobile device.

“Do Not Track”

Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. Please note that we do not respond to or honor DNT signals or similar mechanisms transmitted by web browsers.

If we learn of a security system’s breach, we may attempt to notify you electronically by posting a notice on the Platform, by mail, or by sending an e-mail to you.

The Platform is not directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a minor under 18 without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian as required by law, we will delete it as soon as possible. If you believe that we might have any personal information collected online from a minor under 18, please contact us using the contact information listed at the bottom of this Privacy Policy.

VIII. Your California Privacy Rights

Under California Civil Code sections 1798.83-1798.84, California residents who have an established business relationship with Urbint are entitled to ask us once a year for information regarding the personal information we have shared, if any, with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. If you are a California resident and would like to submit such a request, please submit your request in writing to the email address listed in the section titled “CONTACT US” below with “Shine the Light” in the subject line. The request must include your name, street address, city, state, and ZIP code and an attestation that you are a California resident. We are not responsible for requests that are not labeled or sent properly, or that do not have complete information.

IX. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time at our sole discretion. If there are any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you as required by applicable law. You understand and agree that you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Privacy Policy if you continue to use the Platform after the new Privacy Policy takes effect.
